Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us

inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. e-mail).

Consequences of the revocation

(1) We will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard shipping costs, no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive your notification of cancellation.
(2) We will use the same payment method for the refund as for the original transaction.
(3) We may refuse to reimburse you until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you have returned the goods.
(4) You must return the goods without undue delay, and in any event no later than 14 days.
(5) You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
(6) You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for testing their condition, properties and functionality.
