General Terms and Conditions

for the Fenriz Shop (consumer customers)

1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed by consumers (§ 13 BGB) via the online shop of Fenriz Trainingszentrum GmbH .

2. Contracting parties

The purchase agreement is concluded with:

3. Conclusion of the contract

(1) The presentation of the products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer.
(2) By clicking the “order with obligation to pay” button you submit a binding offer to purchase.
(3) The contract is concluded upon our order confirmation via e-mail.

(4) The contract text will not be stored permanently.


4. Prices and shipping costs

(1) All prices are final prices and include statutory VAT.
(2) Shipping costs will be shown during the order process.
(3) No further costs will be incurred unless expressly stated.

5. Payment

The available payment methods are displayed during the order process. Payment is made immediately upon completion of the order.

6th delivery

(1) Delivery will be made to the address specified in the order process.
(2) Delivery times are indicated with the product.
(3) If the goods are unavailable, we will inform you immediately and refund any payments made.

7. Retention of title

The goods remain our property until full payment is received.

8. Right of withdrawal

Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal. Details can be found in the cancellation policy.

9. Warranty

(1) The statutory warranty rights apply (Sections 434 et seq. of the German Civil Code).
(2) The warranty period is 2 years from delivery.
(3) Guarantees exist only if they are expressly stated.

10. Liability

(1) We shall be liable without limitation in cases of intent, gross negligence, and in cases of injury to life, body or health.
(2) In cases of slight negligence, we shall only be liable for breaches of essential contractual obligations; liability shall be limited to foreseeable damages.
(3) Otherwise, liability is excluded.
(4) Claims under the Product Liability Act remain unaffected.

12. Online Dispute Resolution

The EU Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution:

We are neither willing nor obligated to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

13. Final Provisions

(1) German law shall apply, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
(2) Should any provision be invalid, the remainder of the terms and conditions shall remain in effect.
